Olli guarantees that you are purchasing a unique handmade item that celebrates a traditional handcraft and all assembled in the USA. Our products are made with the highest level of workmanship available and each item is completely unique. Olli uses natural materials such as vegetable tanned leather, suede and organic linen which age and patina naturally with use over time. Certain crafts are delicate and may require special care such as dry-cleaning. Olli inspects every item thoroughly before shipping.

RETURNS


We love the products we make and we want you to love them too, so if something is not right, please let us know. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Olli only accepts returns on damaged goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
 

SALE ITEMS


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be refunded. 
 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@olliatelier.com and we will provide you the address to send your item.
 

SHIPPING


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Olli is not responsible for any returned packages not received or damaged during shipping.
